**Job Summary**:
The Ministry Administrator is to provide administrative and coordinating support to various ministries within the church. He/she is expected to work closely with the committees and volunteers to ensure that all ministries are well-organised and activities properly executed. Report directly to their immediate PTMs and PIC. He/she is to undertake any other duties due to exigencies and be redeployed based on the needs of the church.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure the objectives of the ministries are met. This includes filing, management of church members’ expectations and requests, documents creation and maintenance.
- Manage the scheduling of ministry events and activities.
- Facilitate communication between committees and volunteers within the ministries.
- Provide support to ministries to oversee the budget for ministry-related expenses and ensure responsible stewardship of church resources.
- Monitor the effectiveness of ministries and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide logistic support to ensure events of the ministry is run smoothly. That includes facilities booking and liaison with volunteers to ensure the duties assigned to them are done.
- Maintain accurate records of ministry-related activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that ministries are aligned with the overall mission and vision of the church.
- Maintain open communication with church leadership and report on ministry activities as needed.

**Qualifications and Key competencies**:

- Degree or diploma with 2 years work experience preferred.
- Careful and systematic with strong organizational skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate volunteers.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Knowledge of church operations, policies, and procedures is advantageous.
- Commitment to the church's mission and vision.
- Familiarity with church software and database management systems is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a full-time position that may require evening and weekend work. Time off in lieu will be accorded.
- The Ministry Administrator will work primarily in an office setting but may be required to visit ministry events and activities as needed.
