**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all suppliers & contracted partners
- Manage product sales margin, mix & range, promotions to achieve preset KPIs
- Manage central purchased orders and supplier direct supplies of the category
- Work with stakeholders to develop house brand or oem brand requirements
- Plan organize onsite-offers/ thematic promotions and publicised offers on press and social media to meet KPIs prescribed by management
- Source for direct supplier from source of origin or main consolidators
- Attend overseas procurement, inspection visits and trade events when required
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 3 years or more of focused working experience in category procurement, sales & product development.
- Familiar with the relevant trade industry players and SFA’s licensing and polices pertaining to food hygiene handling, processing and storage requirements for meat products.
- Prior experience working on either side of the buying or supply of meat products in the supermarket retail trade would be a plus.
- Tertiary education with special focus study on Food Science and Technology would be a plus
- Must possess own transport and or be willing to travel and visit customers regularly.
- Motivated and willingness to always take up challenges to excel beyond current performance.
- Meticulous in work details and investigative attitude.
- Skillful negotiator
- Effective communicator and able to conduct professional business reporting & presentation to a panel of stake holders or management members.
- Target and objective driven
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
