**_Key responsibilities: _**

Reporting to the Group Senior FP&A Manager (sitting in Singapore), as a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be analysing financial data and creating reports to support decision-making. You will be participating in the budgeting and forecasting process, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. You will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and support the financial planning and analysis function. In addition, to assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
- This role includes: _
- Monthly tracking, reporting and analysis of key financial drivers against financial performance of the Group, including specifically but not limited to:

- MOM and YoY revenue growth by business unit, geography, product/customer groups;
- Growth and Gross Margins
- EBITDA
- NPAT
- ARR
- LTV
- CAC
- Cash forecast
- Monthly tracking, reporting and analysis of key metrics, including specifically but not limited to:

- Number of payslips, timesheets, active users or transactions
- Number of clients
- Client churn
- Sales and MRR pipeline and conversion to statutory revenue
- Supporting the Group and Business unit budgeting, forecasting and monthly review process.
- Supporting the financial modelling and scenario analysis, forecasting, sensitivity review and performance financial analytics to help drive business growth.

**_Requirements: _**

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Big 4 experience is preferred).

Proficiency with financial modelling and analysis software (e.g. Excel, financial planning systems, Netsuite, Snowflake).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
