**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**

The company has the need to find a professional figure who has previous and solid experience in the use of EPM software (knowledge of BOARD being preferential).

The resource must possess strong ambition for professional growth, to be declined in a challenging and rapidly growing context, and thus he should be able to contribute actively to the development of our organization.

The role of the Senior Consultant is strategic in our organization and involves the operational management of projects in collaboration with Managers and Partners in the structure, the coordination and training of assigned junior resources, as well as the execution of activities to support and guide the Client.

It assumes considerable importance in the ability to work in a team, a strong propensity for responsibility, and management by objectives orientation.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Consultant will be involved in:

- the functional and technical development of solutions for clients of all sizes, using market-leading software.
- Redefining the EPM strategy for various large international companies, along with supporting the CFO in redesigning their performance models
- Designing and configuring various solutions, to support and implement financial and business processes, by using the BOARD software
- Defining and analyzing new, functional requirements in the budgeting, forecasting, sales, and business planning processes, for the implementation of innovative Performance Management solutions

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Technical and functional skills required**:

- Exposure to Data Analysis, Data Modelling, and Process and Data Architecture Design
- Exposure to other EPM software solutions or programming languages (in particular BOARD)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

**Preferred Personal Attributes**:

- Motivated, autonomous worker who takes ownership and shows initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient level of English
