**Your Role**:

- You will provide administrative and analytical support directly to the Managing Directors, Directors and Senior VP’s.
- Handle day-to-day office administration
- Responsible for preparing correspondence, presentations and reports using various software packages
- Critically review presentations as well as design and coordination of various materials for presentations (slides, agendas, minutes, follow up, etc.)
- Prioritize and redirect mail and telephone calls as appropriate
- Book all travel arrangements and complete expense reports
- Provide full administrative support including photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Assist with special projects as required

**About You**:

- You have a University Degree or College Diploma.
- 2 years’ previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role within a Finance environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at an intermediate level
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast paced environment
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- High degree of detail orientation
- Strong oral and written business communication skills
- High level of professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization
