Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving and improving equipment uptime performance, implementing maintenance cost, quality, and yield improvement projects, and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maintain equipment stability. You will also be responsible for equipment spare part management, imparting equipment knowledge and skills to our shop floor maintenance team, and troubleshooting and resolving major breakdown equipment.

In your new role you will:

- Drive and improve **equipment uptime performance**to achieve target **equipment efficiency**:

- Implement **maintenance cost**, **quality**, and **yield improvement projects**:

- Develop and implement **preventive and predictive maintenance programs**to maintain **equipment stability**:

- Manage **equipment spare parts**and ensure timely replacement
- Impart **equipment knowledge**and **skills**to our **shop floor maintenance team**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve major **breakdown equipment**:

- Analyze **jam statistics**and implement improvements to reduce **downtime
**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Minimum 5-8 years of **experience**in **Final Test equipment**in the **semiconductor industry**:

- **Experience**in **Tri temp IC Test Handler**, such as **Delta Matrix**or **Advantest M48xx series**, is preferred
- **Technically sound**with a strong desire to build up **technical competency**:

- Ability to **lead**and recommend **design changes**to improve **equipment performance**:

- **Passionate**about **problem solving**and able to drive multiple team members on **PSDM**(Problem Solving and Decision Making)
- Strong **project management**skills and a **proactive communicator**who can provide timely **updates**to various **stakeholders
