3D Visualiser / Designer
Project and Development Services - Work Dynamics (APAC/Singapore)

**What this job involves**:
Sitting on top of all design prospects
You’ll manage and drive visualisation activities and make sure that deliverables are on track within the appropriate timeline. To ensure high-quality work, you’ll work closely with the design team to ensure accuracy of design intent. You’ll continue to build upwards of 3D library and database. You will also be required to have the finesse to juggle and manage incoming requests appropriately.

Pushing things in the right direction
In this role, you’ll need to be able to face tough design challenges head on. Every ready to be equipped with the next edge in technology and software. You’ll need to work out a practical design and adhere to deliverables within the due dates. You will be involved within prospects and work closely with the design team.

An active practitioner
You have a degree in architectural, interior design, or related discipline or field, or a mix of formal education and work experience of more than 6 years spent on design or construction.

An expert with skills
You will need a strong technical background and expertise in 3D Max, Sketch Up, Enscape, V-Ray or equivalent 3D rendering softwares. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Revit gives you the competitive edge.
