Admissions Officer

Manage applicant files by organizing incoming documents, making follow-up requests, updating the admissions database.
- Manage tours and visits for prospective families with hospitality, trustworthy information and flexibility.
- Support the team with special projects, both internal and external, related to integrated admission-marketing communications.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all records, correspondence, etc. in a well-organized, discreet and accessible manner, while maintaining professionalism regarding families, SAS and other institutions.
- Fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the position and abide by all Board and school policies and procedures.
- Work cooperatively and provide assistance as necessary to other members of the Office team, while displaying a positive work attitude and initiative.
- Relate courteously and effectively with students, parents, school personnel and community members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.
Skills/Requirements
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline required
- 5 years experience in Admissions, education, sales, marketing or related field- Business level English required; Chinese language proficiency to assist Chinese speaking parents would be advantageous. Proficiency in any other languages could be advantageous as well
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to continuously reprioritize multiple responsibilities with ease

- Has extensive experience in admissions, marketing, and/or public relations
- An understanding of teaching and learning at a variety of levels is a great plus, including knowledge of different international curriculum and systems
