DESIGNATION : Infant Care Teacher

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake the teaching of a class in accordance with the school's agreed policies and guidelines.
- Plan and carry out the daily programme, developmental and caregiving tasks as assigned.
- Create meaningful language opportunities for children where love for Mandarin can be promoted.
- Document children's learning through contributions towards newsletters, class panels and children's portfolios.
- Attend to the health, hygiene and safety needs of the infants.
- Create a safe environment and provide the best possible care to infants under their care.
- Build and maintain good rapport with parents.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Obtained at least a Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development, or Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (with a certificate in Infant/Toddler Care) or its equivalent
- First Aid Certificate recognized by ECDA
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
