**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
You will:

- Build, train, and fine-tune LLMs to improve performance, accuracy and alignment of the general-purpose models.
- Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) to guide their outputs toward high-quality and contextually relevant responses, utilizing domain knowledge.
- Enhance model accuracy and effectiveness through fine-tuning.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Solid foundation in web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Prompt Validation, Linguistics, Prompt Authoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
