Our client is in is the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries As they continue to grow, they are seeking a **HR Director** to join their team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic HR Leadership**:
- ****Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the companys goals, particularly in scaling operations and expanding globally.
- Make high-impact decisions that drive organizational effectiveness and foster a performance-driven culture.
**Policy Development and Implementation**:
- Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational growth and comply with local and international regulations.
- Ensure policies are effectively communicated and understood across the organization.
**Hands-On Implementation**:
- Actively participate in the rollout of new HR initiatives and programs, ensuring successful adoption and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR challenges and implement solutions.
**HRIS Implementation**:
- Lead the selection and implementation of a new HRIS to streamline HR processes and improve data management.
- Ensure the new system is effectively utilized to enhance HR operations and reporting.
**Coaching and Development**:
- Mentor and coach new leaders to develop their management and leadership skills.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
**Employee Engagement and Culture**:
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Promote a positive organizational culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role within scale-up companies and startups.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and global HR trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze HR metrics to inform strategy.
