On-site Technical Manager

Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.
- Assist to prepare tender documents including project plan, construction schedule plan and quality assurance measurement based on technical standard.
- Coordinate with operation team to prepare engineering drawings and sketches for further operation.
- Involved in detailed site investigation, terrain, landform, underground and other conditions as generate various technical design example drainage, power and communication supply.
- Design drawings including layouts, elevations and details.
- To provide drawing modifications and advice on altering design changes to match site condition under the guidance of operation team.
- Participate in management and implementation of design and various technical data, responsible for compilation of construction operation instructions and technology summary and report to Project Manager.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress plans to project team according to progress targets as assigned.
- Communicate with government personnel/owner/developer/consultant to coordinate existing site issue as necessary.
- Ensures timely, safe, and cost-effective design and implementation throughout the project lifecycle from conception to client satisfaction. Eliminate the potential safety risks in advance
- Maintain, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes
- Prepare detailed bill of quantities, and list out accurate accounting of various quantities to ensure that the quotation conforms to the design drawings and specifications
- Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge
- Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards
- Lead a team of workes developing, and address training needs when necessary
- Coordinate the regular testing of to address faults, and provide evaluations to improve
- Record and write the construction log, various data and information, file the construction record as backup.
- Act as a key contact with customers who have technical issues
- Able to site inspection anytime to ensure tracking condition of operation and confirm made necessary correction for further progress
- Compile schedule plan and personnel mechanical allocation table as report for managers
- Management of all site engineers on using machine at work for coordination matters
- Fluent in drainage systems, design and installation of drainage systems to manage stormwater and prevent flooding
- Prepare based on construction plans and arrangements, implementing bored piles progress, strictly control the construction nodes and quality. Carry backup plan if unqualified
- Supervising work for the safety and the efficiency of production on technical progress at site
- Able to advice and propose based on extra knowledge - Hydrology and Hydraulics **, **Material Science, Land and Soil Analysis, Geotechnical Research, Underwater construction, Earthwork survey

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 year(s) of working experience in the construction projects
- At least 3 years in bridge construction project
- Experience with Marine Project will be an advantage
- Willing to work on site
- Ability to clearly particulate expectations
- Able to supervise and lead the survey team for handling all survey related issues.
- Able to provide design and drawings based on requirement and quotation.
- Able to provide advices on altering design changes to suit site condition.
- Comprehensive problem-solving abilities.
