Singapore I-PRO APAC PTE. LTD. Full time

The incumbent will assist the **Supply Chain Manager **on **end-to-end supply chain management and logistics operations **(e.g. procurement, order management, shipping and inventory management) and sales support activities for the **APAC region.
**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with 3PL on **stock management **, import and export shipments and local deliveries.
- Manage full spectrum of shipping documentation, invoice, packing list, B/L, marine insurance etc
- Processing of sales order and purchase order in **SAP HANA system**:

- Reconciliation of monthly physical stock-take and resolve stock quantity discrepancies with 3PL
- Arrange and correspond with 3PL, shipping companies, freight forwarders appointed surveyors on damaged imports goods at PSA and Airport
- Ensuring export shipments/local deliveries are according to customers’ requirements and compliance with destination custom requirements
- Checking and verification of billings from **3PL **for services rendered etc
- Close follow-up with suppliers on the order and shipment status
- Assist in managing logistics costs i.e freight, shipping and warehousing
- To maintain adequate inventory levels in order to achieve optimum service level to customers
- Providing GST supporting documents submission to Finance department
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- A minimun Polytechnics Diploma is required, preferably in supply chain/logistic operations
- Minimum **2-3 years of import and export shipments **coordinating experience, preferably from MNC or regional trading company
- Preferably more than 2 years’ experience in managing 3PL and freight forwarders
- Hands-on experience in using ERP ( **SAP - MM/SD **modules) experience is required
- Able to **communicate in Mandarin **in order to liase with factory and supplier located in China
- Able to work independently and within deadline
- Strong follow-up skills, meticulous and detailed oriented preferred
