**Senior Cargo Operations Specialist**

**Job Descriptions**
- **Cargo Operations Management**:Oversee the entire physical cargo delivery process for refined petroleum products, from pre-shipment to post-shipment stages. Ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods.
- **Contract Administration**: Verify and input trader’s recap and preliminary shipment details into the company’s trading system. Manage contract administration, ensuring all trade management processes are followed according to company policies and procedures.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, including commercial, risk, shipping, finance, and accounts teams, as well as trading counterparties and affiliated offices, to facilitate effective coordination and ensure the successful execution of operational tasks.
- **Financial/Credit Execution**:Oversee financial and credit execution, including the management of security, payment invoicing, and secondary cost management. Ensure compliance with all financial protocols and procedures.
- **Claims and Documentation Management**: Manage business documentation and data administration, including claim management. Ensure that all claims are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- **Compliance and Control**:Uphold internal controls and adhere to company procedures and policies to ensure business compliance and continuity. Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Support team-building efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and company goals. Participate in short to medium-term crude/products work coverage, re-posting, and work rotation as needed.
- **Ad-Hoc Assignments**: Participate in non-operations ad-hoc or special assignments as required by the company.

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 7 years** of experience in trading operations within the **oil and gas** trading or refining industry.
- Proven expertise in managing the physical **cargo delivery** process for crude, and **refined petroleum products.**
- **Strong understanding of port, terminal, and vessel operations, with experience in cargo and ship operations**.
- Competent in contract administration, financial/credit execution, and claims management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex interactions between multiple stakeholders.
- Strong adherence to compliance and regulatory standards, with a focus on upholding internal controls and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team-building efforts.
- Flexibility to take on ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
