**About the Role**:
Service Crew with Basic Kitchen Duties is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service at a kiosk-based food and beverage establishment. In addition to serving customers and handling transactions, this role involves assisting with basic kitchen duties such as food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kiosk area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items.
- Ensure fast and efficient service while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure order accuracy and promptly communicate any discrepancies to the kitchen staff.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling.
- Follow proper portion control and food safety guidelines during food preparation.
- Keep the kiosk & Service area clean and tidy throughout the shift.
- Monitor and replenish supplies, including condiments, napkins, and utensils.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to maintain freshness and quality.
- Follow opening and closing procedures for the kiosk, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, fellow crew members, and management.
- Support team members during busy periods and assist with tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in F&B is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
