**What You Will Do**:

- Maintain relationships with Japanese Beta test players, collect players' feedbacks, locate problems, and identify meaningful insights
- Track daily demands of international operations, coordinate and complete requirements of various departments
- Analyze game data to understand and target existing problems of the version and provide optimization solutions, continuously improve version and operations quality
- Track public sentiments and new trends in Japan, provide public opinion analysis for products from both HoYoverse & our competitors
- Formulate practices for Global Game Operation team, optimize cooperation processes and management tools to ensure team efficiency

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Native level in Japanese with working experience in Japan, fluency in Chinese preferred
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of international game operations experience, with Japanese game operation experience preferred
- Rich experiences for games, familiar with the characteristics of various types of gamers, accurately grasp user needs, formulate game launch & operation strategies, familiarity with Genshin Impact preferred
- Excellent data-analytical and logical thinking mindset, and strong analysis and summary ability
- Excellent communication skills to connect internal and external teams, work collaboratively and lead cross-functional initiatives
