We’re looking to add a **Senior Executive, HR **in **Singapore**. The position will be based in HQ office in AMK.
**As a Senior Executive, HR, you will**:
HRBP and be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions. Provide guidance to management, analyzes HR trends and metrics, resolves employee relation issues & suggest HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Consulting with line management and provide HR guidance as required.
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Managing employee lifecycle within the company.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, help build morale and increase retention.
- Plan, organize and manage employee engagement, wellness and welfare activities.
- Engage with Union on employee related matters.
- Monitor and report on workforce planning and succession planning.
- Responsible for C&B related surveys.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Lead and take part in HR improvement projects.
- Conduct training and communication sessions as required.
- Conduct Skip Levels meetings.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws. Support RBA/ ISO / EHS related audits.
- Handle ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as & when required.
**What skills and experiences are we looking for?**
- Degree in any discipline, preferably with HR specialization or a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Min. 8 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity, preferably in manufacturing environment/industry.
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrate experience with HR metrics
- Thorough experience with labour legislation
- Excellent people management skills
- Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in English and Chinese language (spoken and written) so as to be able to communicate with mandarin speaking employees.
- Resourceful, positive, energetic with initiative and excellent motivational skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work independently.
