**Job Overview**:
This role involves a mix of on-location shooting and occasional travel. We’re looking for someone who can bring a creative eye to each project, ensure consistent high-quality results, and collaborate closely with our internal team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Videography**:

- Film and capture high-quality footage for a variety of projects, including:

- **Property listings**: Showcasing homes, apartments, or commercial properties with dynamic angles and smooth walkthrough shots.
- **Travel vlogs**: Capturing travel experiences, including destination highlights, on-the-go filming, and immersive cruise coverage.
- **Interior design**: Filming interior spaces, highlighting design elements, layouts, and aesthetic details.
- **Product videos**: Shooting promotional product videos for marketing, focusing on product features and appeal.
- **On-Site Filming**:

- Operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment on location.
- Ensure all footage is captured with proper composition, lighting, and sound quality.
- Collaborate with team members to capture specific scenes and angles as per project needs.
- Travel to various locations for filming, which may include different properties, travel destinations, and cruise ships.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with our internal team to ensure all footage aligns with the project vision.
- Provide input on creative direction when necessary, ensuring high standards of visual storytelling.
- **Editing Assistance (Optional)**:

- Occasionally assist with video editing for smaller or urgent projects.
- Perform simple cuts, transitions, and minor color corrections if required.
- Ensure all files are properly organized and delivered to the editing team.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a videographer (portfolio required), preferably with property, travel, interior design, or product video work.
- Knowledge of professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and sound recording.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating cameras, tripods, gimbals, and drones (if applicable).
- Familiarity with basic editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) for occasional editing support.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and design.
- Ability to adapt and film in different settings, from properties to travel locations.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations for shoots.
- **Bonus**:

- Experience with drone videography.
- Understanding of social media video trends and formats.

**Travel Requirements**:

- The role will involve regular travel for shoots at various locations (property sites, interior design spaces, travel destinations, cruises, etc.).

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary or project-based payment (depending on full-time or freelance arrangement).
