Responsibilities
- End-user support for the Navision platform Microsoft Dynamics NAV Change Request for Navision Management Templates can be created, customized, and configured.
- Troubleshoot and debug NAV code issues. Maintain documentation of processes and procedures for IT and end users.
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV changes should be discussed with the NAV vendor, company business functions, and coworkers.
- IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds, and maintenance must all be completed and managed in a systematic manner.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of product design and architecture principles of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Knowledge of the IT infrastructure standards and technical environment to set up NAV 2016 server is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within the team.
