**Job Highlights**:

- Able to convert to Full time

**Job Purpose**:
To carry out all general warehousing and stockroom logistics duties efficiently, safely and responsibly.

1. Picking and packing of goods (15kg-20kg)

2. Perform receiving of goods from retail stores and suppliers

3. Report discrepancy such as shortages, excess and damaged stock

4. Price tagging of books & other merchandise

5. Raise necessary documentation in system for Transfer & Returns

6. Ensure warehouse Safety and adhere SOP

7. Housekeeping duties

8. Loading and unloading of goods

9. Sort, organize and store inventory in proper location

10. Perform cycle count on a weekly basis

11. Able to work in a fast pace environment and work as a team

12. To support store as and when is needed

13. Ad-hoc duties assign by the Supervisor

**Working hours**:
Mon - Fri (8.15am to 6pm)

Sat - Sun: when it is required during stock take

**Location**:Warehouse located at 11 Changi North Street 1.

**Requirements**:

- Honest and able to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Able to work at the designated WH Smith store at Changi Airport and warehouse at Changi North.
- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Physically fit to lift and handle goods up to 30kg and able to maneuver heavy pallets of stocks through the facility.
