**Associate Project Manager**:

As an Associate Project Manager for Electrification business, you will be responsible for leading the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager, you will be providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects. This position is based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defining, jointly with the project controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans
- Ensuring that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies. Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization.
- Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow
- Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements. Coordinating with supply chain management and successfully procuring required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers
- Ensuring the project follows and complies with company health, safety and environmental policies
- Ensuring that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Capturing, analyzing and sharing lessons learned throughout the project
- Executing projects through kick-off meetings, consistent sharing of information with customer and project team, ensure that equipment delivered are as per client specifications and to be the main focal person to execute the project successfully until from delivery to completion of equipment commissioning on site

**Your background**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related study
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in project management in critical facility environment (data center / Semicon / oil & gas) and/or utility industry (within the electrical distribution field)
- Knowledge in MS Office including MS project
- Knowledge of Utilities, EPC Electrical Distribution Systems and local standards
- Knowledge of Medium/Low Voltage switchgear, MV/LV Transformer and control/automation, including site works (installation, testing & commissioning and integrated test)
- Good knowledge of electrical distribution systems and standards
