**Job Description**:
**Our Client**:
Our client is a Japanese Chemical Engineering and Manufacturing company, headquartered in Japan with global subsidiaries. They're specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of phosphors, including light-emitting diodes (LEDs), laser diodes, etc.

They are actively looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive/ Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Assist Managing Director to achieve sales target and company goals
- Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirement
- Track monthly sales objectives with new and existing project
- Prepare monthly sales report with sales data and projects update to Japan HQ
- Develop and implement sales strategies on best routes to achieve Business development
- Managed the sales operation of the firm to accomplish business strategy goals
- Keep in close contact with clients to identify new opportunities, addressing customer issues, queries, and requirements
- Participate in conferences, group meetings, and exhibitions to deliver presentations on customer sites
- Monitored payment status (credit control), stock control, delivery status and shipping arrangement for oversea clients
- Willing to travel for business in Malaysia (mostly KL or Penang) and Manila, Philippines alone, it will be once every two months as or when necessary

**The Requirements**:

- Relevant Diploma or Degree
- Able to use Microsoft Office, Office 365
- Shows a positive attitude of being solution-oriented by identifying the root cause of challenges, defining solutions, and supporting others towards achieving a solution
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Strong command in English both in written and oral to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
