Singapore ESPIRIT BUILDING & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

Coordinate between Project Manager and relevant stakeholders to obtain approval for commencement of work.
- Assist to liaise on drawings and preparation of documents to be submitted for commencement of work.
- Arrange for materials to facilitate site work.
- Liaise with subcon on work schedule.
- Monitor and update on daily site progress.
- Plan and schedule for works with P.O.
- Ad-hoc planning on redeployment of manpower within site.
- Provide Quality Control and Assurance on site.
- Assist to submit claims and invoice for work done.

**Job Requirement**
- Has Experience in Building Maintenance Term Contracts or A&A projects.
- Able to work under fast pace environment.
- Able to think of the feet and deploy resource according to site requirements.
- Possess technical knowledge to convince client/stakeholders on sequence of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00 per month

- 75% (preferred)
