Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Swimming Coach to join our team.

As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coaching and instruction to individuals or groups of varying skill levels. Your primary focus will be on fostering a positive and supportive learning environment, promoting skill development, and ensuring the safety of all participants.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct swimming lessons for individuals or groups in accordance with established curriculum and safety guidelines.

2. Assess participants' swimming abilities and tailor coaching techniques to meet their specific needs and goals.

3. Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to enhance their skills and performance.

4. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules and organize events, such as swim meets or competitions.

Maintain accurate records of participants' progress and attendance.

Qualifications:
1. Current lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid certification.

2. Knowledge of various swimming strokes, techniques, and training methods.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers to achieve their goals.

5. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
