Research Officer, Senior Research Officer, Research

**Overview**
You will be working closely with MSF and report professionally to Senior Principal Research Psychologist, your role is to support the Principal Investigators (PI) in the various research and evaluation projects.
**Responsibilities**
1. Articulate research and evaluation questions
2. Review and synthesise literature
3. Conceptualise the research and evaluation design
4. Lead the undertaking and managing of data collection
5. Lead the cleaning and preparation of datasets
6. Conduct statistical and thematic analyses
7. Write up research and evaluation report
8. Disseminate findings and recommendations
9. Conduct training in selected topics - Research Methods, Statistical Analyses, Data Preparation, Data Visualisation
10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers
11. Perform other related duties relevant to the project as required by the Lead and Co-Lead Principal Investigators
**Requirements**:
1. Educational qualifications
- A recognised Masters degree in Psychology
2. Knowledge & Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant research or evaluation experience (preferably in social service settings)
- Good understanding of scale validation
- Strong competency in statistics
- Competent in SPSS or MPlus
- Good command of spoken and written English
3. Other qualities
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
