**Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented System Administrator to oversee the management of software subscriptions, company devices, and cloud services. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT assets and ensuring the efficient use of platforms like Google Workspace and AWS. You will play a critical role in managing IT resources to support business operations while maintaining security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

**Responsibilities and Duties:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Cloud Services Administration
- Manage AWS services and resources, including provisioning, access control, and cost monitoring.
- Software and Subscription Management
- Administer and manage company-wide software subscriptions, including Google Workspace, AWS, and other tools.
- Monitor license usage and ensure subscriptions are renewed on time.
- Provide access management, ensuring proper allocation of licenses and maintaining user records.
- Conduct periodic audits to identify unused subscriptions and optimize costs.
- Laptop Management
- Oversee procurement, configuration, and deployment of laptops for employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for device security, including encryption and antivirus software.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including laptops and peripherals.
- Coordinate repairs and warranty claims with vendors.
- User Support and Training
- Provide technical support to employees for laptops, software, and cloud services.
- Train employees on best practices for IT resource usage, security, and troubleshooting.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain documentation for IT resources, policies, and processes.
- Generate regular reports on IT asset status, subscription usage, and associated costs

**Qualifications**

Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar responsibility.
- Proven experience in IT systems administration, asset management, and cloud service management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
