**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- **Order Taking**: Accurately take and process food and drink orders.
- **Food Delivery**: Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and efficiently.
- **Table Maintenance & Ushering**: Keep tables clean and tidy, clear dishes, reset tables for the next customers, and lead them to their table.
- **Payment Handling**: Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
- **Product Knowledge**: Be familiar with the menu and offer recommendations to customers.
- **Team Support**:Assist other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

**Job Requirements**

- **Team Player**: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills to take orders and address customer needs.
