We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Manager to support our growth and develop our digital presence (with a current focus on our website, SEO and social media such as Facebook, TikTok and YouTube).

**What you will be doing**:

- Direct the Digital Marketing Executive and collaborate with agencies and other vendors to execute the marketing campaigns and in designing, building and maintain our social media presence
- Manage the content team to generate advertising assets including video, graphics, ad copy, to create and deliver best-in-class social media and content-driven campaigns
- Evaluate our end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels (such as website and social media) and customer touch points
- Manage the community and monitor online conversations; monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Measure and analyse the results and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and efforts to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on industry changes to ensure we are always ahead of the curve on digital and social

Ideally, you would have at least 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media marketing and preferably also in optimising landing pages and user funnels. You are highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. You also have a solid knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns and efforts and to manage our vendors. It would be a bonus if you know simple coding such as html, css and javascript.
