**Role Overview**
We’re on the lookout for a **Content Creator**to spearhead social growth strategies and create organic content for our clients. We create graphics, videos like skits and street interviews for our clients. A secondary part of your role will involve conceptualising and producing content for Cintra’s own social presence.
**What You’ll Do**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the ideation and development of content strategies for our clients
- Create and produce social media content, from brainstorming video concepts to leading shoots
- Ideate and create engaging videos, graphics and stories for our clients
- Manage and think of engaging ideas that will help the client's social media account grow
- Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos tailored for TikTok and Meta
- Content creation, and asset development for Cintra’s in-house marketing
- Ensure every output for TikTok and Instagram is intentional, sharp, and scroll-stopping.
**Requirements**:
- Up-to-date with current social media trends, viral formats, and editing styles
- Have prior experience in short-form video editing, particularly for TikTok & IG Reels
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Hands-on experience creating content, filming, scripting, editing, on an iPhone or GoPro
- Bonus points if you’ve done skits, POV content, or street interviews before
- Bonus: Experience with Adobe Premiere, CapCut and Adobe After Effects
