As a **Head of**Financial Planning & Analysis** (FP&A)**,** you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.

**The Role Responsibility**:

- **Profitability**Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy focused on achieving profitability while aligning with the bank's long-term goals.
- **KPI Framework**: Design and maintain a dynamic performance-based framework with key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect the bank's objectives and drive accountability across teams.
- **Business Partnering**: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the Trust Bank Leadership team and finance/business teams from SCB and NTUC, to ensure alignment on financial goals and operational strategies.
- **Data Analytics & Storytelling**: Utilize advanced data analytics to extract insights and craft compelling narratives that inform strategic recommendations and facilitate informed decision-making.
- **Financial Modeling & Forecasting**: Lead the development of robust financial models and forecasting processes to guide the bank's financial planning and resource allocation.
- **Budgeting**: Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and operational needs.
- **Cost Efficiency Initiatives**: Identify and drive initiatives aimed at improving cost efficiencies across the organization.
- **Scorecard Metrics**: Publish and manage bank-wide scorecard metrics, providing transparent reporting on financial performance and progress towards strategic goals.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Foster strong relationships across departments to enhance financial understanding and performance.

- Proven experience of at least 15 years in a senior FP&A role within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong track record of driving profitability.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building and managing performance frameworks and metrics, preferably in a matrix reporting environment.
- Familiarity with digital banking environments and financial technologies is a plus.
