Engineering Program Manager

Singapore SCORPIO ELECTRIC PTE. LTD. Full time

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, TASKS & ACTIVITIES**
- Coordinate all activities related to the new product introduction of the Scorpio X1 and other future models, liaising mainly with Mechanical Team Lead and Powertrain Team Lead (internal) and Engineering Collaborators (external)
- Having oversight of workload management, expectation, accountability and traceability, through definition of program KPIs and dependencies
- Provide Quality Control of all technical deliverables both internal and external team
- Display sufficient technical skills and strong communication skills to handle mechanical engineering, electronics engineering and workload management
- Provide Engineering project documentation for weekly review with the management team (budget, timeline, resources, challenges)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Degree in a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in design / engineering / manufacturing environment with some project management experience
- Familiarity with project management tools is an added bonus
- Interest in 2W / 4W engineering is an added bonus
