We’re looking for an Events Production Engineer to join our dynamic team and bring some serious magic to our live events You’ll be in charge of tuning the audio-visual world and making sure our events go off without a hitch.

We're looking for someone who’s passionate about events, AV and excited to be part of a team that brings celebrations and launches to life. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we’re happy to provide all the training you need to thrive.

**Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)**:

- Audio and Video Setup: You'll install, configure, and operate sound/video equipment like a pro. Microphones? Check. Mixing consoles? Double-check.
- Tech Support Hero: Be the go-to person when things go wrong (because sometimes they do), making sure events run smoothly with your mad troubleshooting skills.
- Pre-Event Prep: Test everything. Yes, everything... before the event kicks off. We mean, you’ve got to get everything working so perfectly that the speakers will be thanking you mid-show.
- Event Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our producers, animators, designers, and coordinators to create seamless, epic events that leave attendees in awe.
- Live Event Operation: You’ll manage live audio and video feeds, mixing audio, controlling projections, and adjusting lighting to make the event feel like it’s straight out of a movie.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep the gear in top shape If it’s broken, it’s your job to fix it, whether that’s fixing cables or finding the root cause of an audio glitch.
- Load-In/Load-Out: Assist with setting up and tearing down all tech gear like a smooth operator.

**What We’re Looking for in You**:

- Diploma/Bachelor in Audio Engineering & Film Production is preferred or;
- Previous experience in Audio/Video Engineering (event or live production background preferred, but if you’ve got the passion, we’ll train you).
- Strong knowledge of AV systems: PA systems, video equipment, projection techyou know the drill or an eager and willing heart to learn
- Eye and ear for detail
- Able to work collaboratively with a crew of hardworking and talented event folks.
- Flexibility to working time to complete a 44 hours work week centered around events
- Fluent in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
