**Responsibilities and Requirements**

The responsibility of the Associate will be to support the Donor Relations Team across various tasks including

**Responsibilities**:

- **Donor Management & Data Management**:

- Input and Maintain accurate donor records and database management
- Analyse donor data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement
- Perform KYC for donors
- Prepare Welcome Kit for new donors
- **Donor Engagement**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless donor experiences
- Assist in planning and executing donor engagement events and activities
- Respond to donor inquiries and provide information on our programs and initiatives
- Develop communications, including presentations, newsletters and other collateral
- Contribute to the development and implementation of donor engagement strategies
- **Fundraising Support and tracking**
- Identify potential grant partners
- Support grant writing and reporting
- Assist Director with generation of weekly and monthly forecasts of progress against targets, along with activity and pipeline reports and analysis.
