**The Position**

Sales Executive

**Job Description**:

- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers;
- Organising sales visits;
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements;
- Advise clients how the product or service will best satisfy their needs;
- Preparing Fee Proposal and presentations;
- Negotiating tender and contract terms;
- Negotiating and closing sales;
- Meeting sales targets;
- Co-ordinating sales projects;
- Demonstrating how our service will meet client’s needs;
- Working together with sales team and engineers in the company;
- Organising marketing event/s that the company participates in

**Requirements**:
Engineering degree from local or recognised universities preferred. A degree from Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering discipline would be an added advantage; Driven and determined aptitude with strong interpersonal & communication skills; Possesses strong technical, organisational and analytical skills;
- Able to take initiative, work independently and value team dynamics;
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must;
Have at least 3 years of experience in technical, product or consultancy sales. Those with more than 3 years of working experience in relevant industries will be considered for Senior Sales position; A class three driving license with a car will be added advantage;
