Job Title: Reward Specialist - APAC

Reports to: Benefits Director

**Job Purpose
Managing the broker relationships & implementation of benefits, leave & wellbeing policies & initiatives across the APAC region. As part of the Global Benefits Team, support global initiatives both in APAC and across all of AVEVA’s
markets.
**Principal Accountabilities
- Lead a number of APAC benefits initiatives through to launch, making sure that all initiatives are in line with wider People objectives, and are launched on time, on budget and that all in-country needs are met
- Work with the Benefits Director to complete the global benefits five pillars model, and ensure that every APAC country are offering benefits that are fit for purpose, relevant, and in line with AVEVA strategy and local benchmarks
- Review the wellbeing benefits offering in each APAC country, ensuring that AVEVA offers benefits that cover employees mental, financial, and physical wellbeing
- Manage the renewals of benefits insurance plans in a variety of APAC countries, guaranteeing that all stakeholders are involved, plans remain within budget, and that offered insurances are within market benchmark
- Develop and manage local supplier and broker relationships in a variety of APAC countries, including relationship, stakeholder, and budget management
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of global reward tools and policies, and understand the landscape for further improvement
- Actively seek out new opportunities to enhance our employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives to make AVEVA an employer of choice
- Liaise with unions, government bodies or works councils, where appropriate, to seek approval for new initiatives and to be certain that local requirements are met
**Important Working Relationships
It is important that the Reward Specialist is comfortable interacting with employees of all levels and positions throughout the company. As a multi-national company, the role requires sensitivity to other perspectives and cultures.
The role reports to the Benefits Director. Close working relationships with the wider Talent & Reward Team, local HR Business Partners, and Global People Team are essential to provide a consistent and joined up approach to all activities. This role will also need to foster close working relationships with AVEVA’s brokers, benefits, and reward platform suppliers.
**Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Excellent knowledge of APAC employee benefits, and wellbeing practices
- Extensive experience managing insurance brokers and suppliers across APAC
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring on time, on budget, and effective, delivery
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong external supplier relationships
- Able to interface effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Change management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong operational communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
