**Your day to day**
We are looking for a Manager, Commercial Insights - Europe, Middle East, Asia & Africa (EMEAA) based in Singapore
- to develop and deliver insights & analytics to support Commercial Advantage leads identify opportunities to drive Commercial (RM, Channels & Sales) performance.
Working with the Commercial Advantage Leads to continuously improve the quality of Commercial Insights. Support the Commercial Advantage Director with prioritisation models determining the appropriate Enterprise tools/ levers for the right set of hotels Commercial Performance Insights - Integration of Segment, Channels, Revenue Management, Sales, Loyalty analytics to create actionable insights
- plus work with Regional stakeholders to provide Budget guidelines and goal setting - eg. RGI & RevPAR goals for Hotels
**What we need from you**
Ideally holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Analytics/ Business or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
- Key understanding of key metrics and analytics that drive Commercial Performance
- Knowledge of Functional Areas (Pricing, Revenue Management, Systems, Data)
- 3 years plus in leading Data and Analytics teams in Revenue Management, or commercial
- Experience working in a Matrix organisation across functional groups having to use impact and influence to drive results
- Strong understanding of the Accommodation, Hotels or ecommerce business models
