This role will report to the Head, Corporate Services, and be responsible for the following:

- Handle board secretariat matters such as performance updates to the board of directors, schedule and facilitate meetings, compile and disseminate board presentation materials, meeting minutes, any other updates to board, etc
- Organise and co-ordinate annual workplans, including the tracking, reviewing and reporting of workplan achievements reporting, and flagging out areas of concerns to management for review, etc
- Co-ordinate, collate and submit quarterly updates of company’s performance to the governing organisation/authority
- Oversee the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) compliance and administration
- Liaise with corporate secretary for directors’ resolutions for any changes to mandate
- Support the development of the governance framework, and monitoring the compliance with requirements in the framework
- Drive process improvement in governance, reviewing and revising processes and structures to adapt to the needs of the organisation
- Take on some finance/administrative/HR/ad-hoc duties, depending on his/her relevant experience

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline, preferably accounting and finance
- Up to 5 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Strong powerpoint and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational abilities with strong business writing skills and presenting skills. Able to present information, verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner, with excellent attention to details
- Resourceful and proactive team player with excellent planning and analytical skills, who is able to work well independently as well as in a team
- Able to work independently, with minimum supervision
