**About Lubrizol**

**PURPOSE**:
The planning master data is critical for inventory management and operational efficiency. Over time, some of the data has become inconsistent, outdated, and cluttered, leading to inefficiencies in decision-making and planning processes. The Supply Chain Planning intern will have the opportunity to work on initiatives to improve data accuracy, streamline operations, and support better business outcomes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
The intern will have the opportunity to work on the following tasks
- Extract, review, validate, and clean up the planning master data
- MOQ
- Service level
- Supply lead time - lead time error
- Stocking policy
- TRLT
- Constraint capacity factor
- Min & Max lot size
- Constraint shutdowns
- Identify and remove duplicate or obsolete entries
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Document the cleanup process for future reference
- Identify areas for improvement for master data associated tasks to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks
- Lead/implement master data related improvement projects initiated by the planning team

**REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements)**:
Education：
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma qualification preferably in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or related field.

Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

- Strong planning capability, excellent understanding on material management, supply and demand processes
- Strong Microsoft office skills especially in Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Ability to effectively lead projects and to develop improvement ideas

Language Skill:

- Fluent in Oral and Written English
- Fluent in Oral Chinese added advantage
