We are looking for a highly-organized, self-motivated individual who can operate in a rapidly-evolving and fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally across divisional brand marketing teams, agency teams, and other internal and external partners to ensure cohesive, integrated marketing communications are created with speed and delivered to the right people at the right time.
This individual will be innovative in approach and have a passion for ensuring we are at the forefront of new media channels and strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead digital marketing projects such as DMP establishment, cross channel attribution, and marketing automation
- Build strategic full funnel media recommendations across the Foot Locker APAC portfolio, including channel recommendations, content, flighting, target parameters and investment
- Adopt a proactive approach to paid media, working closely with partners (agencies, Google, Facebook, etc) to recognize opportunities within the business, or within local markets and presenting new opportunities to the brand teams
- Lead external agencies in the conceptualization and execution of cross-channel media plans that deliver growth and efficiency across the APAC region
- Design audience modeling and targeting plans that realize differentiation and maximize effectiveness across the purchase funnel/consumer journey
- Support Marketing teams and campaign management with content and creative best practices for social and media channels
- Lead the execution of content scheduling, paid social media execution and reporting to assist in future social media strategy optimization
- Work closely with the team to monitor operating budgets, ensuring ongoing optimization of campaign spends and maximum ROI
- Manage the Foot Locker Asia Pacific SEO strategy by leveraging internal resources and agency partners
- Lead a team to successfully manage Foot Locker APAC paid media, social media scheduling and SEO
- Work closely with partners to investigate new markets and provide insights into social and paid media best practices that are locally relevant
- Establish standardized measurement and reporting discipline, inclusive of ROI modeling, individualized campaign KPIs/scorecarding and core brand metrics
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant field
- Min. 3 years experience in paid media management and social media
- Strong knowledge of production across all mediums
- A willingness to be hands-on at all stages of project implementation
- A pro-active and self-motivated approach with an appetite to improve Foot Locker’s media strategy and investments
- Ability to remain organised and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills across teams, departments, locations, and organizations
- Interest in sneakers and youth (Gen Z) culture would be an advantage
