To provide administrative support to Operations Department, in particular to the management of installation schedule and sub-contractor assignment.

**Job Responsibilities:
1. Installation matters

a) Schedule daily works order & monitor daily installation projects are carried out according to schedule

b) Liaise with customers on installation dates

c) Arrange with warehouse on issuance of goods

d) Arrange delivery to job site

2. Sub - Contractor Invoices

a) Perform matching of installers’ invoices to works order

b) Distribute sub-contractor’s invoices for PE to verify

c) Match invoices to PO

3. Installer Particulars

a) Update installer namelist and work pass information

b) Assist with work pass and housing issues of installers

4. General Administrative Duties

a) File all POs / invoices

b) Issue Operations’ invoice to Sales

5. Adhere to Customer Satisfaction requirements, in particular;
a) Attend to customers’ feedback & arrange for rectification works

b) Attend to complaints & feedback on installation by Customers

c) Coordinate all site issues with Installers & Sales Staff

**Job Requirements**:

- Organized and able to manage job site schedule
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient with Words and Excel
- Responsible and possess strong work ethics
- Team player, polite yet firm at work
