Job Summary: The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions to support RTX’s HR initiatives and ensure compliance with local employment laws.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Org Chart and Employee List Update, Contract management:

- Regularly update and maintain the company’s organizational chart.
- Keep an up-to-date list of all contractors, including their roles and contract details.
- Ensure that all changes are accurately reflected in the company’s HR systems.
- Draft, review, and manage service agreements with independent contractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Policy Implementation:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to employees.

Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks:

- Arrange seat mapping and manage access card distribution and tracking.
- Prepare and manage company letters, including Certificates of Employment (COE), termination letters, and visa-related documentation.
- Handle business card orders and distribution.

Other Duties:

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the HRBP/HR Manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification is a plus.
