Strategy Head

5days/week, Monday
- Friday, 8:30am - 6:00PM

Location: Changi Airport

Job Responsibilities:

- Management reporting
- Drive regular reporting cycle - work with business partners to develop key messages, gather and analyze data, and prepare reports to senior management.
- Responsible for providing financial analysis on business performance; coordinates with various departments to develop and maintain various analyses and management reporting tools (e.g. regular financial performance/forecasting, KPIs measurements, industry analysis/ trend/ benchmarking, etc) Strategy Development & Research
- Develop and clearly articulate the portfolio and business unit / product line strategies
- Analyse global trends in user behaviour and marketplaces and recommend how the organization should respond and be ahead of the curve.
- Support a regular Strategy platform, involving senior management and key stakeholders, with focus on game-changing disruptions, including mobilizing internal & external resources to achieve those objectives.
- Gather and analyse fact base for strategy projects and develop communication documents. Execution of Strategic Projects
- Engage partners and build business models, including potential M&A and strategic partnerships. Corporate Planning
- Support the annual corporate strategy and planning process, including collecting and analysing data, designing workshops and engaging stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against committed targets in regular reviews, to ensure accountability

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 10 to 12 years’ experience in strategy consulting experience in a top tier consulting firm Experience in corporate finance, business structuring and accelerated growth models would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of the e-commerce or related businesses would be an added advantage
- Must be able to use data and logic to break down problems and provide recommendations.
- Must be able to participate in team problem solving, manage his/her own workstreams and understand the basics of stakeholder management.
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter with confidence to deliver and execute simultaneously
