Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the submission and monitoring of external programme fund utilisation and be the key Finance point of contact to liaise with funding parties to manage all funding related matters. You will ensure funding is timely and accurate, as well as track and disburse funding to institutions. You will support cost and funding allocation as well as prepare financial analysis for existing/new grants programmes. You will provide financial guidance and advice on harmonisation of finance processes for the various grants and programmes. You will support internal controls and audit-related matters.
You will document SOPs for finance policies and procedures and ensure timely review. You will prepare and consolidate the annual cost centre budgets for management review and tracking of expenses incurred.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance field
Prior experience in healthcare setting is preferred
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to get buy-in from stakeholders
- Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
