**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Support the development and execution of integrated value and access strategies across relevant therapeutic areas that align with wider external affairs strategy and support the organisation's commercial goals.
- Building and maintaining a deep understanding of the payer landscape, including barriers and opportunities
- Deep understanding of the government's tender process and governance
- Collaborating with the business units to develop market access strategy plans, with a particular emphasis on key growth drivers and priority products
- Develop a thorough understanding of the policy objectives, health priorities, and planned initiatives of the government, particularly as they may impact access to the company's current and future products
- Accelerate market access in MOH (government formulary, key teaching institutions, hospitals) for our products
- To develop wider influencing and communication of policies between the company, MOH, and other key national stakeholders.
- Develop a strong network of government contacts that can positively influence the outcome of the healthcare policy in Singapore (MOH, MTI, EDB, A*Star, SAPI, and relevant associations)
- Define bidding strategy for MOH tenders
- Enhance the corporate image as an ethical and patient-focused pharmaceutical company
**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensure value proposition and pricing strategy for the key franchise and hospital bidding Analyze the issues, risks, opportunities in the external environment in the short and longer-term.
- Propose recommendations and develop implementation plans for strategic initiatives to improve our company's ability to support patient access in Singapore.
- Monitor team activities to ensure that cross-team integration is maximized and that duplication of effort is minimized.
- Develop a strong network of KOLs who can positively influence healthcare policy and regulations.
- Liaise with representatives of industry associations to support the operation of Singapore's involvement in industry alliances.
- Tender Lead in Singapore
**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**
- Experience in hospital and account operation
- Experience in the development of pharmaceutical products, from conception to market release
- Experience with the government environment in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in working with teams to achieve outcomes
- Experience in developing and implementing resource plans
- Written and oral communication skills, for informing, influencing, and persuading people both within and outside the company.
- Project management skills
- Communication and presentation skills in English
