**Job Responsibilities
**Facilities Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-functioning work environment.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
- Oversee space planning and utilization, anticipating future needs.
- Telecommunication needs: phone recordings, extension assignments & programming, etc

**Security Management**:

- Managing access cards & locker systems as well as premise CCTV.

**Operations**:

- Streamline and optimize daily operations to enhance efficiency.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Logistic support for company events & managing company drivers’ booking schedules.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets related to facilities and operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience in administrative & project management, with a focus on facilities and operations.
- Pro-active individual, who is able to work independently and equipped with an eye for details.
- Resourceful & responsible team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Diploma / certificate in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
