- Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, product descriptions, and packaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry with a focus on beauty and cosmetics products.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
