Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging Chinese language lessons, tailored to the needs and abilities of students in the student care program.

2. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the development of language skills, cultural understanding, and confidence in using the Chinese language.

3. Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that align with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.

4. Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their unique learning needs and challenges.

5. Assess and evaluate students' language proficiency and progress, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

7. Establish effective communication and partnerships with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns or questions.

8. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events to contribute to the overall growth and development of the student care program.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Chinese Language Education, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Chinese language to young children, preferably in a student care or educational setting.

3. Strong command of the Chinese language, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

4. Familiarity with the MOE syllabus for Chinese language or other relevant curricula.

5. Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and techniques for engaging young learners.

6. Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about teaching and working with children.

7. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the holistic development of students.

8. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.

9. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work well with colleagues and parents.

10. Passion for continuous professional growth and a commitment to staying updated with current pedagogical practices.
