**What the role is**:
As part of IMDA’s Sectoral Transformation Group’s continued efforts to drive digital transformation, you will be part of a new initiative to work with public and private sector to drive development of the SGTraDex for Supply Chain and Logistics ecosystem.
SGTraDex is a digital utility that allows business to share data in a trusted and safe manner, thereby allowing and optimising supply chain flow through Singapore. This digital utility will boost supply chain agility, bridge gaps in interoperability, and improve process efficiency.
**What you will be working on**:
- Architect, design and solutioning of SGTraDex
- High level scope of both functional and technical requirements, data and security blueprint, resources planning and delivery timeline
- Drive deep architectural discussions and solutioning session with tech leads
- Drive the development team in building reusable and extensible services
- Advocate and practice agile principles in software development
- Design and build services with a focus on business value and usability
- Design systems with scalability and flexibility in mind
- Perform code reviews and encourage best practices
**What we are looking for**:
- Min. 4-5 Years of releavant work expreince
- Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods
- Sound understanding and experience of contemporary paradigms, such as Cloud, DevOps and Agile
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Experience with micro-service architecture
- Experience in leading and guiding development team
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Work in a cross-functional service team consisting of software engineers, DevOps, and other specialists
- Excellent written and communication and skills
