**Roles & Responsibilities**

**SENIOR MOULD MAKER (LOCATION: BATAM, INDONESIA)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Provide mold servicing, mold repair and modification to achieve Customer’s specifications and delivery schedule**
- **Study, visualise and interpret engineering drawings; Inspect all mold components and work pieces according to drawings**
- **Perform tooling-related preparation and machining**
- **Involve in mold troubleshooting and mold improvements**
- **Execute mold preventive maintenance according to plan**
- **Perform mold inspections for new and transfer tools**
- **Ensure compliance to SOP**
- **Assist in managing sections such as delivery time, scheduling, machine utilisation and productivity**
- **Lead the team members**
- **Any other duties as and when assigned.**

**Requirements**:

- **NITEC/Diploma in Precision Engineering, Metal Machining, Tool & Die Making or relevant**
- **Familiar with mold-making processes and tooling design**
- **Operate different types of tool room machines**
- **Able to start work immediately / within short notice ( Batam )**
- **Min 3 - 4 years of mold making experience (Plastic injection molding)**
