Job Description: TCM Consultant

Position Overview:

As a TCM Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and assisting in the smooth daily operations of the clinic. Professional training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills for clinic management, communication with patients, and simple treatment roles under the guidance of physicians/consultants. Your responsibilities will also include handling registration and cashiering, maintaining a filing system, managing clinic stock supplies, and upkeeping hygiene standards. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to operate EMMA robot to provide robotic tuina to patients, combining traditional TCM with cutting-edge technology. Active participation in marketing initiatives to promote the clinic's services will also be part of your role. **Responsibilities**:

- Handle patient satisfaction to ensure a positive healthcare experience.
- Work with physicians/consultants to conduct clinic management tasks.
- Communicate effectively with patients and provide assistance in treatment roles.
- Perform daily operations, including registration, cashiering, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Supervise stock supplies and manage clinic calendar.
- Operate EMMA robot to provide robotic tuina treatments.
- Dispense powder herbs accurately to patients.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to promote the clinic's services.

Job Requirements:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week, with a flexible break schedule.

Working Hours:

- Retail working hours: 10 am - 8 pm on weekdays, 10 am - 6 pm on weekends, or any arrangement mutually agreed upon.

Please note that the position of TCM Consultant is available at our current eight clinics in Singapore or at new upcoming clinics in the region. The basic salary for this position is SGD 2500 per month, with additional commission based on individual performance, ranging from SGD 500 to SGD 1000 per month for exceptional performance. Experience in the medical field, anatomy knowledge, and internship experience are considered advantageous for potential applicants.
